Due to the handmade and often made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may have already entered production or shipping.
